Stopper is Dallas’ most-awarded Account Director over the last nine years, and was AAF Dallas’ “Account Exec of the Year” in 2019. He has also been one of the city’s most awarded copywriters since 2020, receiving a national ADDY, multiple AAF District 10 and Dallas ADDYs, and countless AMA DFW, DSVC, Graphis, Telly, Web Excellence, AVA Digital, Muse, Hermes and Viddy awards.
Mike’s extensive B2B and B2C portfolio includes brands like SONIC Drive-In, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Baylor University, Keurig Dr Pepper, Interstate Batteries and TrinityRail to name a few.
And by no coincidence, he’s worked for agencies named PROMO magazine’s “Agency of the Year,” AdAge “Small Agency of the Year,” AMA DFW “2023 Agency of the Year” and AdAge’s “Best Places to Work” during his tenure.

An established, bona fide visual artist with an impeccable conceptual mind, Ken founded Dallas agencies Shift Option J, Agent 485, MindHandle and now Hack over his 30-year advertising career. Building on his impressive, long career as an art director, Ken thrives on innovative ways to communicate visually. He pushes creative boundaries, stretches imagination, and flexes his creative chops to ensure our storytelling is strategic and stunning.
Ken’s work has garnered recognition by Clios, ADDYs, Communication Arts, AMA Marketer of the Year and POPAI, and his brand experience includes Dr Pepper, TGI Fridays, Cook Children’s Medical Center, Coors and Pizza Hut. Most recently, Ken has created successful work for Top Golf, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Texas Health Resources and Raising Cane's.
Ken throws himself fully into all his artistic pursuits whether it’s advertising, painting, or sculpting. Of course, it’s no surprise he’s such a hard-working artist. Ken is the son of a rodeo cowboy and ballerina.
