Living the Creek Life at Ten Mile Creek
The Agency Hack has been hired by the North Texas master-planned community of Ten Mile Creek in Celina – one of the hottest residential cities in America. The Corson Cramer development will eventually feature over 380 single family homes and 114 modern townhomes on 236 acres in Colin County. It will include a community resort-style pool and playground, a community dog park, fishing pond plus neighborhood walking paths and trails.
The new community broke ground in 2022 and will begin preselling homesites this fall. The offerings will include 55’ and 65’ foot homesites from builders American Legend Home and Wiliam Ryan Homes, plus townhomes from Grenadier Homes. HACK will handle social media and paid social for the community plus periodic buyer communications, sales materials, realtor events and more.
“HACK will be a fantastic partner for us in promoting this new community,” said Tracy Simmons, founder of Simmons Marketig Collective and Fractional CMO for Corson Cramer Development. “Celina is becoming a competitive market, and they will surely help us break through.”
“There is a lot of development happening in Colin County right now which is incredibly exciting,” said HACK partner, strategist and writer Mike Stopper. “Corson Cramer has created a beautiful community that taps into the natural essence of this creekside community.”
