Manufacturing a new relationship with Reserve Communities
The Agency Hack has been hired by The Reserve Communities. There are five locations in Texas that offer new, manufacturer homes in a community with an incredible array of offered amenities and a strong sense of community among residents.
The Reserve Communities are an asset of Stonetown Capital Group – a Denver-based, real estate investment firm focused upon opportunities in the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle sectors. The company has approximately $200 million of committed capital which they are actively investing.
Initial work for The Reserve will include community social media, selling events and price promotions.
“HACK will help us create a true sense of community at The Reserve,” said Tracy Simmons, founder of Simmons Marketig Collective and Fractional CMO for Stonetown Capital Group.
“The Reserve offers something new and exciting for homebuyers in Texas,” said HACK partner, strategist and writer Mike Stopper. “It opens up the American Dream of owning a home to those who may not have had the ability to afford one before.”
HACK is a boutique advertising agency from Dallas industry veterans Ken Womack and Mike Stopper who provide award-winning, senior level talent without the staffing layers, wasted time, cost and unclear results found in many of today’s agencies.
